We are not good at sitting still, so we joined in with the Nottingham Fencing group at West Bridgeford where we could have a go at wheel chair fencing.
It was real fun and you can get your aggression out as you cut and thrust against your opponent. Simon the instructor fences at international level for GB and would welcome any additions to the team.
